Ignoring that they died, Camille, a teenager, and Simon, an young man, want to take again their life where it had stopped. But Léna, the twin sister of Camille, is now three years old more than it, and Adele, the woman of Simon, is on the point of remarrying with Thomas. A strange little boy involves himself in the life of Julie, a solitary nurse. In addition, the bloody murders which plunged into mourning the city, seven years earlier, begin again…

Simon joins again with Adele while being made pass for his own phantom, but thus reveals his existence with Thomas. Camille does not manage to find his place in a family which tore since her death. Her mother separated from her father and brought closer to strange and charismatic Pierre, who always knew that deaths would return. Strange phenomena seem to announce that Camille and Simon are not the only ghosts…

Determined to live again fully, Camille invents a new identity: it is henceforth the cousin Alice and can thus leave clandestinity. His/her Léna sister is discovered a strange scar which increases quickly. On his side, Simon approaches a little more Adele. The latter ends up accepting its presence and teaches him that they have a girl: Chloé. Whereas the balance of the city and its inhabitants is put out of order little by little, Julie is again haunted by her old demons…

Camille opens out, while the scar of Léna increases and weakens it. Léna is persuaded that Camille of it is responsible and denounces it in front of their friends. In addition, Julie does not manage any more to hide the existence of Victor, but when the gendarmes withdraw the child to him, it lets them make without reacting and is questioned: is it responsible for death for its neighbor, Miss Payet? Adele joins again with Simon and their Chloé daughter presents to him…

The ghosts leave clandestinity little by little but do not arrive therefore taking again a normal life. While Camille is rejected by Frederic, Simon is violently isolated of Adele and Chloé, whereas Thomas, in a state of self-defence, does not hesitate to draw over him. On his side, Victor wanders in search of his assassin. Julie starts to doubt: and if it were itself one returning? …

Whereas the city is private of electricity, Pierre federates a community around Camille, become a kind of prophet of beyond. For its part, Simon resurrects again and leaves with enigmatic Lucy. Julie finds refuge at Laure with Victor, whose body curiously seems to be degraded…

Clans start to be formed in an increasingly chaotic environment. Séguret are tightened around Camille, marked to be harmful for the alive ones who surround it. Simon inquires into the circumstances of its first dead. He hopes to obtain information by questioning all and sundry around him. He seeks as indices, but realizes rather quickly as its investigations disturb of them more one.

Whereas the tensions are exacerbated between alive and ghosts, perceived like a real threat, a new wave of ghosts appears in the city, more faded and worrying. Each one will have to choose its camp Another shape of civil war threatens, which worries weakest…
